Yesterday was day #96. For some reason, more than usual, the 95 burpees the day before seemed incredibly boring so I decided to turn day #96 into a WOD. I did 6 rounds of - 16 Kettle Bell swings (30#), 16 burpees and 16 sit ups. Today I will do 97 and I am looking forward to 100 people doing 100 burpees with me on Friday from all over. I have a few corporate sponsors willing to make a donation to Mammograms in Action if I get all 10,000 burpees accounted for.
