#134-#138

WOW - these days are flying by!!! First of all, the 1 leg suspended burpees for day #133 left my a$$ sore for 4 days...so anyone that wants a good butt workout - do some of those!!  Day #134 I incorporated them into a traditional, old school -chest press/lat pull workout!!  It's been over a year since I did regular presses like that and I felt those the next day!  Days 135, 136, 137 and 138 were just burpees!  The one day "no big deal" and next day "really suck" pattern is still happening!!!  I will be doing today's in a workout again doing old school arm exercises and a lot of core work!!
