#184, #185 and #186 were just burpees.....St. Patrick day burpees were "fun"!! Day #187, I went back and forth with sets of 10 burpees and 10 sit ups til I hit 187.
Day #188 - I mixed up a few different exercises in between my sets of 10 burpees.
I had a very frustrating morning so I knew my workout had to involve some punching and kicking.
I did 100 punches at the bag, then 10 burpees (repeat), 10 front kicks each leg, 10 burpees (repeat), 10 round house kicks each leg, 10 burpees (repeat) ...all of those burpees were done on my knuckles with the boxing gloves on. Back Squat (BS) 95# for 10, 10 burpees, Cable deadlift 70#/10, 10 burpees, BS 115# for 10, 10 burpees, cable DL 90# for 10, 10 burpees, BS 125#/10, 10 burpees, cable DL 100#/10, 10 burpees, BS 135#/10, 10 burpees, cable DL 110#'/10, 10 burpees, high/low cable woodchop 35#/20 each way, 10 burpees, regular cable woodchop 25#/20 each way, last 18 burpees.
