Day #274 -Holy Shoulders Batman!

WOW!!!  I let my boss design my workout today for Day #274....as if 274 burpees weren't crazy enough.

here's the workout  -will be followed by video showing a few reps of each part.

1 burpee (that was the easy part)
20 lateral reaching lunges into and overhead press with a 15# dumbbell in each hand
26 burpees with dumbbell thruster (2 -15#)
20 bent over barbell rows (45# bar)
25 burpees to deadlift (85#)
20 pistols (10 each leg)
24 burpees into a front kick
20 reverse fly with dumbbells (15#)
23 burpees into lateral raise (10# dumbbells)
20 barbell push press (65#)
22 burpees into power clean (65#)
90 seconds punching bag
21 burpees into 1-2 punch combo
60 seconds with battle ropes
20 burpees into high battle rope


the whole thing repeats now with the burpees going down (19 thusters, 18 deadlift, 17 front kick...etc) however, the 20 reps of the exercises between stayed at 20.
