Day #285

Days 279 - 284 were mainly just burpees.....I did different sets of core exercises between them and even a small "back" routine one day in between sets of burpees...Day 283 I passed to 40,000 mark which was a great milestone.

Today I did a fun workout with my burpees....Day #285

5 rounds for time
57 burpees
50 walking lunges
50 abmat sit ups....45:57

total count so far....40,755!!!  81 days left....that's very hard to believe.
