Days #275, 276 and 277 were only burpees done in Key West! Day #275 was the 9 month mark on this journey.
Today, I saw the WOD on a crossfit site - "Air Force WOD" which was
20 thrusters (65#)
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
20 push jerk
20 overhead squats
20 front squats
then 4 burpees every minute on the minute
I decided that was way too much to keep track of....the 20 reps, watching the clock and keeping a tally of all my burpees so I changed it up some
did 4 rounds of 5 thrusters/14 burpees
then 4 rounds of 5 SDHP/14 burpees....and so on
the 4th round of front squat/burpees....I only had to do 12 burpees to hit the 278!
