Day #292

37 burpee boxjumps (20")
37 burpee deadlift (75#)
37 MB burpees (20#)
37 inverted burpees
36 groiner burpees (learned these from a Tapout XT video -after the push up, bring the right foot up to the right hand then back center, then left foot to left hand and back center - then hope 'em back in and stand)
36 lateral hop over bar
36 tuck jump burpees (these were just as bad as I remembered them)
36 1 leg burpees (18 each leg)
