#124

Yesterday was exactly 4 months since this journey began.  A third of the way done....lol, the easy third!!  My last post was day #118....so let me catch up. day #119....I did my burpees with skater lunges....10 skater lunges then 10 burpees except for the 12th round where I only did 9 burpees.  Day #120 I did 4 sets of 30 burpees, 30 Bosu sit ups.  On Friday, day #121 I decided to take my friend's cardio class, I asked him to please incorporate the 121 burpees throughout the class - he snuck in 90....let's just say I was not a fan favorite when the others found out I asked for them. After the class I did the final 31. Days #122 and #123 were just straight burpees.  Today I made them into a WOD with a workout I was inspired by at the Crossfit 305 Ice Monster competition - the original WOD was 21-15-9 OHS (65#) and Kettle bell swings (35#).... I did 31 burpees, 21 OHS (45#) 21 KBS (30#), 31 burpees, 15 and 15, 31 burpees, 9 and 9 and ended with 31 burpees.
