I wanted to see how bad or not bad it would be to maintain a pace of 10 burpees a minute for the 125 burpees today. I was pretty sure it would not be a problem. I started at the top of the minute and did 10 as fast as I could, then used the rest of the minute to rest....the first few rounds - got 'em done within 20 seconds - but even by the last couple rounds still had 'em under 30 seconds  - the 30+ seconds recovery was enough to catch my breath and bring my heart rate down enough to do the next 10 at a pretty quick pace.  I think every few weeks I am going to make sure I can maintain this pace.
