Ok - I spent New Years in Key West....not gonna lie, burpees were not fun to fit into the festivities but I did them. And I am so inspired by Daniel who finished his burpee journey on New Years Eve!!! Today I turned them into a workout. I did 3 rounds of - 20 thrusters (45#), 37 burpees, 20 good mornings (45#) and 37 sit ups!! I crossed the 6000 mark yesterday. I'm proud to be doing this challenge!!
