even after the crazy 329 workout in the park, I still agreed to do a traditional workout with a friend in addition to the 330 burpees.
I did flat bench....
10 burpees were my rest between all sets throughout the workout.
incline dumbbell bench
decline skull crushers/narrow grip bench (ez bar)
35x10 (all 3 sets)
then a series of cable woodchops for core and the rest of my burpees
Days 331 and 332 were just burpees in Key West
Tomorrow I hit my 4th day with my favorite # (33)....I'm hoping to round up some fit and fabulous friends down here in the keys to join me!!!
