Day 350!!!!

The days are actually flying by.  I only have 16 days left....when I started I thought this would never end, now it's hard to believe it is almost over.  I could not have done it without the amazing support system I have with my friends and family.  People greet me with "how many today" or "have you done your burpees yet" - I love it!

Day 344 was just burpees.

Day 345 - I tried out my friend's new crossfit box...Crossfit Brink. The skill that morning was to find your 3RM for push jerk

I subbed the push ups for burpees just to get some out of the way.
ended up with 4 complete rounds and 2 snatches on the 5th round and 305 burpees to finish later that day!

Days 346-349 were only burpees

Today was a blast - I love my Wednesday park workouts with other people. I had 7 other people join in the craziness today.

Since last Wednesday's crazy park workout, I have only done burpees everyday - with an occasional core routine.  Another Wednesday today, another crazy park workout.  I made this workout a partner workout.

26 forward moving burpees -back and forth between 2 partners.

then:
*lateral shuffle
*run
*sit up
*Kettle bell swings
*russian twists
*dips
*bear crawl
*alt. 1 leg touch down
*plank
*prisoner squat with side crunch
*jumping jacks
*lower abs

These exercises have no set number - 1 partner does the first one continuously until the other partner completes 26 burpees - then they switch.  Once both partners have done the lateral shuffle and 26  burpees  - they move on to the run...and so on!!

ends with 5 more forward moving burprees each.

11 months DONE!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 336....11 months done!

Today I did this workout in the park with 6 other crazy people.  It was by far one of the worst workouts - the heat made it miserable but at least we suffered together!! Hard to believe I only have 1 month left....however I still have about 10,000 burpees left.....It took me to day 141 to get the first 10,000.  Thank you to everyone for their continued support and encouragement.

even after the crazy 329 workout in the park, I still agreed to do a traditional workout with a friend in addition to the 330 burpees.

Day #329

Days 327 and 328 were just burpees and pretty slow.  I was extremely sore after the 326 workout....haven't done wall balls in a long time. Today was another fun workout in the park with 3 friends.

The last 25 buy out burpees, I did 5 of each type! :)

Days 323, 324 and 325 have just been burpees.  Today I had a blast doing day 326.  A friend of mine just opened his own crossfit box....Crossfit Brink.  There were 9 of us doing this WOD....I'm pretty sure they all hate me now! :) . Thanks Mike, Ness, Max, Amy, Grace, Van Neil, Rey and Chris!!!

Day #322

Day 321 was just burpees.  Yesterday, day 322 I had a lot of fun (sort of).  I posted on facebook an invite for anyone to join me for my burpee workout at the park.  Surprisingly I had 4 other crazy people show up.  The workout I had planned was run 1 lap (which is 1/3 mile), then do 36 burpees....9 rounds (only 34 on the last round).  I told the others they could modify how ever they needed to.  I was so proud of them.! It took me 69:17 to finish, it was ridiculously hot outside (this was 10am).  The other 3 ladies modified by doing 15 burpees each round and then the one guy did pull ups (the bars were located about half way through the run) -he ran to them, 12 pull ups, then 12 burpees at the end of the lap!
